Every tradie on HaT passes identity and ABN checks before they can see a single job. For licensed trades — electrical, plumbing, gas — we check the licence against the state register, and the badge expires when the licence does. Tradies with current public liability cover carry a separate verified Insured badge.

Prices that don't move

The price you book is the price you pay. If something could change it — a collapsed drain, a dead breaker — it's priced upfront as a conditional, so you see it before you book. You pay the base only; a conditional is charged only if it actually comes up, at the price you already saw, with photo evidence. No surprise extras.

Pay on completion

Your money is held until the job's done. You confirm the work, the tradie gets paid — money moves when the job's done, not before.
