Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
Often not, but it depends on what's being treated and how. Ask in the job chat before you book — the controller you choose will give you clear prep steps (like clearing kitchen benches) and re-entry times for the specific treatment.
Is one treatment enough?
For some pests, yes; for established infestations — German cockroaches, rodents — honest controllers will tell you it can take follow-up visits. Describe how long you've seen the pests and where, and the offers you get can reflect what's actually needed rather than a one-size-fits-all spray.
